Today is my Aunt's surgery. I know in my heart that she will be alright, but I am still worried. My Dad told My Grrrl that she would be fine...My Dad died almost 6 years ago... This morning, he told me that he would be with my Aunt, so I am OK, kinda...

I am tired and sore... I worked out yesterday morning, and went for a nice easy hike yesterday. I am SO sore. Not giving up!

Not much to blog about today, a lot on my mind, so I really don't have anything I can get out.

That is all for today, if I hear about my Aunt, I will post that...

Feeling better today. Not 100%, but better. Hard at work, and I have an excellent wife at home, who keeps making sure that I am OK. :) I can't wait to get back to her!

This weekend, The Hunger Games comes out on DVD, and I am going to get it at midnight, and we are going to watch it, because My Grrrl has not seen it yet. I can't wait to share that with her.

I have to admit that I have not stuck to my diet in the last two and a half days... Monday night, we had Dion's because I was so distraught. Tuesday, I had a left over slice for breakfast, but did good for the rest of the day. Today, I had a 1/2 slice of pizza, and for lunch, I am having the other 1/2. I will be good for dinner, and I will do the Wii step tonight. I enjoy it and it is a good calorie burner. Maybe we can actually go for a walk at a park, I would like that! Especially if it rains, or smells like rain!

Anyhow, not much else to talk about, I keep trucking, and I am trying to figure out how to go to see my Gramma and Aunt, and the rest of the fam damily for New Years. I don't know that it will work, since I recall that my Aunt and Uncle have a wedding to go to in January. Not sure of the date, so... who knows...

School starts tomorrow for Cara and Robert, and thank goodness for it! Today is my "day off" from weight loss, well, mostly just the work out part, for two reasons, one, I am worn out formula yesterday, and two, I am in a delicate condition today...

I plan on relaxing, working on the snow globe and calm jar I bought supplies for yesterday, and maybe working on some Yule gifts... I also have to get my Dallas Cowboys sleeves done... I want to take some things to work today, that will make my diet easier, but I don't want to have to carry them all tomorrow morning!

That is all for now!

Blessed Be!
